so it turns out I may have this. I'm sort of wrapping my head around it. It isn't really anything new, it's just a label for things I've felt all my life. I'm not sure how to feel about it and I needed to say it somewhere

It can be difficult to process being diagnosed with something like BPD. But the good news is that once you are diagnosed, it opens up a door for treatment and healing ❤ Best of luck to you

I have family members with BPD. It can be really hard at first, but with proper treatment and help things can get so much better!! Best of luck to you ❤

okay so first of all I love your avi, atla is a huge influence in my life since I was small

second, thank you. I'm not really sure what to do yet and therapy helps. I've been reading a lot about it and the main thing I'm focused on is identifying triggers and emotional managment.

Basically what everyone else said, and I hope you find a good therapy/treatment to work with ❤

Personally I had a friend with the more extrovert form of it and she never took it seriously so I had to part ways with her which was sad cause she was nice when she was nice but a monster once everything kicked in. I also know people who learned to handle it/more introvert and functions as they didn't have it so yea it's definitely not an easy thing to do, feel free to start a convo if you want to talk (:

Though it differs and I hope you can get all the support you need to handle it your way :)Hoping for all the best for you <3
