Hi as you may or may not know there is a worldwide event going on in Pokemon for fancy vivillions. The event is to commemorate the reaching of 100million trades on the GTS. You can obtain it by clicking on mystery gift on the start up screen of pokemon x/y.

Hmmm not sure, I just figured anything in a Cherish ball was not breedable. Please let me know your results xD.
