Well since I sold Marshal yesterday, I had Rocket (oh my god I really do NOT like Rocket) move into my town randomly due to having 8 Villagers.

I'm going to try to get her and Sydney to move out soon since I'm not really into them really.
So I'm buying one of the villagers listed in the topic name so I can refrain from other random villagers coming by aswell.

Please keep your prices reasonable: Margie takes top Priority.
