Hmm well my past giveaways were all for people who didn't have it yet but didn't put that requirement in here, plus I found out someone cheated cause they hid their collectible in their inventory so that rule was sort of pointless anyway lol.

I think that'd be a great idea! That way it'd prevent all the winners from being people that already have cakes.
