I spent my Thanksgiving with my boyfriend's family and had a bunch of great Filipino food. There was turkey, but I preferred the other dishes even though I normally like turkey a lot...

i've spent thanksgiving with filipinos before- they all hated turkey so it was standard filipino fare instead: lumpia, rice, chicken adobo, lechon (always awesome!), pancit, etc..
