Can A Guest use the Personal Messenger?

No...that's weird.

Unless someone had 2 windows opened, logged off on one, but was in their inbox in the other...when they refreshed in the other they'd be a guest in a screen saying they dont have an inbox.

Weird, I see it now too. Maybe the guest clicked Inbox and it just said they don't have one... I dunno.

Guests cant click inbox. >.<
