Hi! I had a trade last night and the user Grahamlin12 gave me a negative review by accident. The wording itself wasn't negative, they just selected the wrong option. They even posted a visitor message to say it was a mistake. Can anyone help me get this removed? I e-mailed the site with no reply and pm'd Jeremy when he was online, but I am pretty sure he was busy. I am having OCD about this and really just want it gone :/

I believe only an admin can handle this. But I remember hearing that Jeremy has a lot of unread PMs xD

Oh how do I find a list of admin's? I am hoping a mod can maybe pm the admin on my behalf? This seems kind of impossible lol

You can ask the other user to go into the settings and change the rating manually, or a Mod can fix it. It doesn't have to be an Admin. c:

Here's a list of Mods / Admins. Kaiaa would be the most helpful, as she deals with things like this a lot.

They are able to change the rating? I didn't know they were able to do that. How would I go about explaining how to do that? The person is new and I have never done it myself lol
