Can Anyone Confirm If Balloon Glitch is Fixed?

in the most recent 1.1.3 update, can anyone who experienced that sad glitch confirm if it's been patched as yet?

It's been fixed for me. After not having balloons for two days, I'm now getting them regularly throughout the day. I also got the Golden balloon within an hour of starting the game after the update.

Yes, it has definitely been fixed! I was able to eventually get the golden balloon as well.
