This honestly looks more like a screenshot than a standalone work of art. Not just because it's obviously CG, but also because the composition, angling, and other miscellaneous aspects of the piece look like it was clipped out of context rather than made for that specific shot. I could always be wrong, of course, but I think looking for a specific artist probably won't get you very far.

I tried running the image through SauceNAO and Google Image search, but unfortunately I wasn't able to find anything. Best of luck!
