Can I still catch colenanth?

I dunno how to spell it but you know what I mean, can I still catch it? If so I need tips like how big is the shadow for it? I know to go to the ocean when it rains.

Coelacanths can be caught all year as long as it's raining/snowing, and it's 4pm~9am.

They have the largest shadow possible, with no fin.

You can catch it all year, it just needs to be raining or snowing.

The shadow of it is slightly bigger and thinner than a sea bass. Here's a picture:

It's not SUPER rare, but it's rare. Just as uncommon as a shark is, I believe.
