For those who don’t know, there’s now an event where putting a Pokémon into Pokémon home will grant you three Galar starters with their hidden abilities. However, I keep pressing for Grookey and Scorbunny, and it won’t give them to me. Sobble is the only one I received. Is it because I chose Sobble as my starter?

You should be able to get them all, I was able to and the news notice in the HOME app mentions being able to get each. Maybe submit a support ticket?
That's weird.. I definitely got all three of them. I don't remember the exact process though 
Have you checked the app to make sure they aren't hiding somewhere? Maybe all three came with a single click but it only showed one in the gift claim?

Yup, it only shows Sobble. And it still says 2 gifts need to be opened.
