Can We Sell Items Only For TBT In the Retail Side?

I have noticed more and more threads selling items for tbt in the retail side. Just tonight I saw a clover thread in retail selling for tbt. It was moved to the TBT marketplace and then was moved back to retail. Does this mean we all can sell in the retail for tbt only?

That's what I thought..but it was the mods that moved it back to retail from the tbt marketplace. So I wondered if the rules have changed..

I asked one of the boss, he/she said it is ok for now, cause they are planing to open a special area for TBT/BTB in game items trade soon..

They just don't seem to be the sticklers for that kind of thing like they used to be (mods, that is). It does make you wonder what's up?

I think selling for TBT only still belongs in the marketplace because there's been no official rule or announcement otherwise. Also the thread that sparked this was moved back after being moved to Re-tail.

Maybe they'll clarify in the Direct coming up? /shrugs

There seems to de a distinct lack of mods at the moment apart from ZR388 who can't be on duty 24/7. It is all very well saying they have other lives but the Bell Tree is a bit like the Marie Celeste and has suffered one big time disappearing act.

Even the rules change from day to day, this is a big Forum and needs some sort of law enforcement and enough staff monitoring the forum the sooner the better.

Trust me, I'm not the only active mod. As one of the above posters said, something is currently in the works for this specific topic. We'll get there when we get there, but for now please only use the Marketplace for TBT only shops. We're more lenient on it these days because the forum is way less crowded than it was back when New Leaf came out.

I apologize that you believe the other mods don't do much of anything. I'm just the most vocal one outside of stuff. Kaiaa, Gallows, Jason, Thunder, Jer, Justin, Gandalf, and Tina have all been extraordinarily active lately. It's just all stuff that you can't see. We're preparing for a lot of things to make the forum way more organized, newbie-friendly, and taking into account things that have to do with speed of forums and our current rules.

Everything takes time. It's not really fair to assume that the others aren't doing anything. They're just way less vocal when they're online than I am.

We all have shifts that we naturally switch into and out of. Most of the time all of us aren't on at the same exact time and tend to do it in certain hours. Though I don't see why it should be necessary for me to prove anything I decided to anyway because it's pretty insulting when someone is throwing accusations on pure assumption.

ZR388's post sums up everything pretty well but my addition I felt needed to be put forward. We are working on things pretty much all the time. That includes modding the site on top of additional features, ideas for them, events, problem/bug fixes, etc.
Though even with us doing that we still have such a complete lack of appreciation and for the most part I rarely see any kind words when we handle any situations. If the lack of public posting is bothering you I'm sorry you feel that way.
