Can we transfer Balloon Tokens?

I just wanted to know since I've only gotten 6 so far, and I'm not really looking to getting the balloon collectibles. I've seen a lotta people on the forum who missed events that really want balloons, and I wanted to share! However I dunno if they're properly transferable!! I wanna get to know this before the end of the event so I can get people tokens. Thank youuu!!

Cant transfer them? Oh poo. I really was hoping on giving out a few to people ;;
Well, unless they have one or two last-minute collectibles, mine might end up going to waste.

I know why they don't want them to be transferable, though. With the issue of duplicate accounts being made, they don't want people trading around currency for the sole purpose of making one person get everything.

yeah, others have already said it, but as a rule of thumb, event currency used to purchase event shop items is *never* made transferable between accounts

reason being that the event shop items are meant to act as rewards for participating in said events

currently it is an option in the currency bar to transfer balloon tokens, it could be an error which they might fix but for now u definitely can transfer them to people, hope that helps

i had a look into it and it is just an error and doesnt work sadly, sorry for getting everyones hopes up

The option to transfer might show up, but the actual process is disabled so it won't go through.

To address the thread more broadly, event currency is always non-transferrable between users for a variety of reasons, so this would be the case with any site currency other than standard TBT bells. It's really nice of you to want to help out others with your tokens, but it's safe to assume any special currencies will be non-transferrable during TBT events or holidays.
