Can you make a photo backround transparent on paint?

My boyfriend probably wont let me download a photoshop program to his computer. Its mainly meant for gaming and he is extremely anal about the websites I go on his computer, because if I break it, it will cost 800 dollars for a new computer... Is there any way I can make a picture of something transparent? I want to make an original avatar and signature photo but every picture has a white or black bg..

for Microsoft paint windows ten? or something online that is a https secured website???

i dont know of anyway to make images transparent on just paint but it can be easily done on paint.net https://www.getpaint.net/ its https !!

also if theres a particular image youre looking at i'd happily fix the bg for u!!

If you're asking if it's possible to turn an image into a .png file on Windows Paint, then no. You have to use a software like GIMP to make .png images.
