Canada Release date/time?

I was wondering if anyone knew if we get the game at: 10:00 CDT/8:00 PDT because of Newfoundlands time zone along with a few other provinces? I also do not know how Newfoundlands time zone works since they’re -2.5.

I am asking because the rest of NA doesn’t have those time zones and a store in my city is having a late night release at 11.

Probably the same as USA since it's in North America. (Nintendo's link says "Americas"). You should check your local Nintendo website for details.
