Cant remove glasses

Hello everyone!

my character has glasses on and a flower in her hair and it won't remove.

I have the mirror set up and when I use the mirror , it has a part up in the corner where you can remove glasses, I select that and confirm my selections and it shows the image in the box without it, but when it goes to the main play screen it shows the character with the glasses and flower still applied. Is this a glitch ? It takes all other changes fine like changing eye shape, hair style, but its the glasses and flower that remains. Is there anyway to fix this problem? The glasses are hideous lol

That's only there to show you what you look like with accessories. The mirror doesn't actually remove them.

You can remove them through your inventory, or through a wardrobe/storage.

my inventory and wardrobe doesn't show the items to be removed. The wardrobe is accessed in the house right? If so, it's not in that inventory and it's not in the inventory that follows my character around.

Wardrobe can be accessed inside the house or out. And I'm not talking about storage.

If you don't own a wardrobe, open your clothing inventory and manually remove the glasses.
