Judging her ratings and kindness around the forum, I don't think Keely is a scammer. But it might just be me.

Thank you everybody. I'm really sad. Not for the Tangy really, but for Wolfgang. I really though my bro was finally gettings the wolf villager he wanted so much.

And about the staff response

I wanted to report the user Keely for scam.
She said she wanted to trade her wolfgang for my Tangy, and after we traded Tangy she disappeared.

With matters like this, it's the whole reason the Wi-Fi Rating system was introduced. If you feel wronged and they still haven't responded, then file a negative Rating against them.

I think they should be more strict and ban her really =(
Apparently this is the second time she does this, and when people forgets she is going to do it again!!!
