Im currently looking for just Carrie now. I got Sandy. They have yet to pop up during my plot/campsite resetting. I plan on paying 25 tbt or more. They seem to be the more hard to come by villagers.

Im est so I'm just 2 hours ahead of you. 8 pm would just be 10 which is good for me plus it will be Friday night so I don't really have to be anywhere.
