How can i get the Cat hat/Mask?

Its pretty Cute & Cute, and i wanna have it

One more thing. How can i build up the town? Like the Tom's shop.

Building up Tom's shop is a matter of money+time. Just keep buying from Tom every day, before you know it you'll have Nookingtons and he'll actually be asking you if you want him to DOWNgrade.

you can donate to the town fund.
thats a way to build up a town.
by getting a bridge- donate 200k
or a fountain- donate 400k
or a windmill or lighthouse - donate 1 million
you have to do it in that order tho =]

I don't think so 2 of my friends were wearing it
and i saw it in the able sisters shop 3 times and i bought it also and used it to trick jingle and then sold it. lol
