So, I have a New 3ds XL now. I decided to use some of my money I had set aside to get one since I found some in good condition and I'd imagine it may be harder to get later if I continued waiting. I've been wanting to explore the catalog and play on a native system at the same time. I never had this system.. the closest I had was a 3ds xl. I also only had a few games.. and it was fine for those however a couple of games had some frame rate issues at certain points when there was a lot going on. It was probably the later 3ds games that had that, and I have heard of others online experiencing the same back then.
I'm pretty excited about getting this, because unlike the system I use to have, it can scan Amiibos.
So, I am about to start a town in ACNL welcome amiibo! : D
I have been brainstorming names for a about a week and these are the ones I am really thinking about. I'd like others' opinion on them or others to share their ideas for town names!
-Farebell
-Windbell
-Smorburn
-Nooklyn
-Clayrill
-Woodfall
-Luckton
-NewBerry
The meaning of these names along with the other names I brainstormed that I don't think I am going to use are in the spoiler below in case it helps someone else with ideas. Remember with New Leaf, the character limit for a town name is 8.
I am also aiming for pears. I usually go for apples, but I think going for pears will be a nice change and the perfect pears look like golden pears to me. Let me know about other factors to keep in mind while map resetting. I'm not in a super big hurry to start my town.
Is anyone else starting a town in an older animal crossing game? Or recently started one? And is there still a good place to look online for QR codes for paving for New Leaf?
