ok so heres our two options we're kind of split on. let me explain my reasoning with the odds.

1. dolby (making the assumption he IS a pr and town) gets the item:
pr + item = 2 good things
If its, say a 25% (and this feels generous) chance of being medical, and he's going to get killed no matter what, then its a 75% chance of losing two beneficial things for town

2. frosty gets item:
either frosty or townpr!dolby gets killed that night. we lose one item.
however, its a 100% chance that we have some sort of power.

even though its less power than stacked dolby, i prefer the safer odds.

IMO the item is a strong power for us to have, I'd much prefer to give it to someone I believe is town and will at least try to use it with good intentions. I don't tr dolby enough for me to want to give that power to him

keep in mind this includes the very uncertain therory that dolby is town

i cant do numbers on scenarios with several ways to play out, but odds of town having more info is lower with you having the item, yeah.

This assumes that there are no other powers in existence but dolby's though (which has me ?????) has there ever been a game where there's only ONE town power?

A last hail mary for elim-voting dan: it doesn't seem like anyone has a particularly strong tr on him (for the most part they've been neutral at best), and he's a very experienced player that I personally wouldn't want on the side opposing me (in this case I wouldn't want him on maf, as I am a townie yay). From the sounds of it, betsy and dolby are fairly experienced too, but ngl I was unfamiliar with the both of them until this game, but have seen dan head up lots of threads in the cellar. dolby I'm feeling has a town-lean, and while I'm neutral-maf leaning on betsy atm, do think dan is our best target for giving townies the best chance.

I'm assuming since you've only played baby park you're used to prs, but yes. I've played many games where theres all vanilla one cop and mafia. I think i've played a few with no prs but items. It's pretty standard.
