Yes, it’s very cheap. Most people charge 1NMT an item and sometimes 2NMT for specialty items.
You’re right that the market is insane! It’s just inflation though. If you want to get in to the online trading market then I do have a few tips. I’m not expecting you to fish for days to make 250k from Tom Nook. Instead what someone can do is get 60 wood and sell that for 200k online. Each stack of the primary materials like wood and stone go for 100k. Grind miles for an hour and sell a NMT for 250k. My crafting services are cheap if you think about it like that. The market is inflated but it is not inaccessible to the common player like you and I.
Let me know if you need help finding buyers for materials or NMT! I can help you make money just using the market
however, I will warn you that getting into the market can affect quality of gameplay. For example, I don’t sell fish and bugs to the special NPC’s because it’s not worth it. That does make me sad that that aspect of the game has become useless to me. Two sides of the coin if you want to buy from the online market then you need to sell into it first. Don’t use your hard earned Nook’s Cranny bells to buy from the market.

Hi, would I please be able to get starry sky wallpaper and galaxy floor? I have all the materials required; 2 large star fragments and 10.
If it's possible would you also be able to craft the nova light, moon and crescent moon chair? For these three I don't have the materials but I would be able to pay with IGB for them.
