What I’ve been doing is running up and down the west side (left side) of my beach when it is the 0 and 5 numbers. Meaning like 2:00, 2:05, 2:10, 2:15, etc. Then scanning the sky for a regular solid colored balloon. If so, wait for it to safely float across land and shoot that sucker down. Open it and hope it’s a DIY recipe.
It looks like the Easter balloons spawn every two minutes. Ignore those (unless you need sky eggs or the Easter DIY). They float away much faster than the regular balloons.
Sometimes, you may get BOTH the solid and Easter egg balloons float by. Sometimes, you will only get the Easter balloon at the 0 and 5 intervals, there’s nothing you can do about it but wait it out.
At nighttime, starting around 6PM, you have to go on the east side beach (right side) and do it there. I personally don’t because my cliffs are all located there. Whereas my left side is easier because I have no cliffs.
Regular balloons are there! I promise! Just that you’re bombarded with Easter balloons and notice them more. You’re gonna have to wait and farm the solid ones if you want the Sakura DIY. I’ve nearly got them all by using this method and only now missing four.
