Your drawings are adorable, and I'm definitely interested! I just have a couple questions.
1. Do you want the payment when the request is accepted, or when the artwork is done? It doesn't matter to me either way, just curious!
2. I noticed that you wrote that you'd draw pictures from photos and OCs. Would you be willing to draw a character from another game? I've been wanting to get a drawing of my Final Fantasy XIV avatar for a while, and I love your style (and I would definitely be willing to pay extra for this!). But yes or no on this one, I'll still be interested in getting a commission of my mayor.

I do accept the payment when the request is accepted. ^^ Also I'll draw anything you'd like but the OC/photo reference fee applies to anything outside of an ACNL character, because they tend to be a bit more complicated. I look forward to accepting your commission! Thanks for looking! <3

Hooray! My final dream villager moved in, so I should have reference pics for you today! Now if I am using QRs for the outfits, do they need to be wearing it in the reference pics, or is it enough to send the QR? If they have to be wearing it I will have to wait until my final person can use the QR machine... :/ Let me know!

It's fine just to send the QR without them wearing it, but please clearly mark what QR goes with which character so I can draw exactly what you want ^^
