I have Chief in my main town and my cycle town. I'd prefer bells tbh if you're willing to offer bells. Maybe the worn-out jeans?

I don't mess any of my villager's houses so it should be in perfect condition. Haven't talked to him much so I haven't even had the chance to trade him if I wanted to. He's even wearing his original shirt.

I'd settle for anything around 3m. Last time I waited a couple more hours and got offers of 7-10m, but I don't mind right now. Just need to make room for Ruby.
