I don't know why your past trades failed or canceled,
but I never cancel this trade unless you can get her from another person,
or you cancel this by yourself,
or you behave like enormously disgusting, I don't think you do so.
I think just one problem exists, that is I don't know how long you can wait for her to move in.
How long can you wait for her?

You can get Ankha in a few minutes, and I don't mind about it. I just really need Diana, so I hope she keeps her promise on it.

Actually I haven't done the trade like this as well.
I have a good friend who I mostly trust in, and has a profound knowledge of these things.
I'm going to ask him about the better way to do this trade, and will be back here later.
