I think it's maybe like making jam?? Like, cooking it makes it sweeter, right? So maybe it's just like... a really jammy smoothie. Oh no, I'm sorry for even suggesting that.

I mean I've made homemade jam before which is made on stovetop, but smoothies don't need extra jam and sugar to be sweet

Hm... Maybe it's the temperature difference that adds something? Warm smoothies. Perfect for the coming winter months.
