So I have these items in my inventory on the site. But how do I get them to display on my profile? Under "Settings" they're all set to "Active" and not hidden...

NVM: Buying another item caused it to magically update and work.

To anyone else wondering: you need to edit and save the settings of at least one item in your inventory to make your previous collectibles display properly.

Annoyingly I figured that out AFTER posting. Gotta love when I put my foot in it!
