Hi Welcome! Usually you'd make a thread in the Villager Trading Plaza(Connected to this thread) which from there you can choose to sell/trade/giveaway(free) your villager, in this case Elvis. It usually gets a lot more attention if people are scrolling through looking for that villager and see it there instead of it being buried in this thread. Hope he gets a good home!
