So, Julian lives in my town and I do not really want him.. I'm looking for my dream villagers!!

I only trade him for Papi, Kiki or Lobo + 1 milion bells.
You can also bid on him (bells), but I don't want to have milions of bells in my bank (I really want to collect them myself by fishing..).

Julian is not moving yet, so you can come and pick him up whenever you like.
