Yes, but they are pretty difficult to breed :/ (the struggle is real XD)

Yes, I'm having that problem with purple tulips and blue roses. I have hybrid red roses from which I've been using to get blue, and I'm using orange and red to get purple tulips (I'm not sure if that is the correct combination).
