clothing your villager unexpectedly loved?

Peewee is almost always in his flight jacket which is my favourite outfit on him 
Erik has a red flannel shirt that he wears about half the time that it very cute. And Axel absolutely loves the nurse jacket I gave him by accident

Early on Dobie gave Marina a dark blue worker's jacket as an apology gift...when she asked if it suited her, I didn't know enough to say no and I didn't want to be rude so I said it looked good and now it's pretty much the only thing she wears. I guess she likes the blue-collar look? I don't hate it but I wish she'd wear the pastels I've been foisting on her every once in a while...

I love this thread! I have a couple of examples lol.
Olivia is quite the classy cat. So of course, another villager decided to give her a white soccer jersey! At first I really panicked, because she wouldn't stop wearing it and it didn't really match her vibe, but I've fallen in love with the idea of her just lounging around sometimes, as we all do lol.
Katt is very butch, and talks super tough all the time. But someone gifted her a yellow ballet dress and she absolutely adores it! She's always wearing it and it's just so cute on her!
Then of course, someone gave Bob a green comedian's suit. The green sparkly suit. And he LOVES it. My friends and I joke that he's the onceler.

I gave Julian this white noble coat when he first came to my island back in April 2020. It's not even close to being any of his favorite colors (purple and blue), but he's literally obsessed with it. He hasn't worn his base space parka ever since. I ain't mad though! He looks stunning in it <3
