collab novel/book?

hello there peeps.
so i was thinking (for about two years) to make a novel/book, but i just couldnt >u< i would start it, the first chapter would be good, but the rest is just horse poop. so, would anyone want to do a collab novel/book with me? we can talk about it over pm.
so basically, we could work on an idea together, make the characters together, and we each write a chapter and see how it turns out c;
writing is the only thing im good at tbh
so... anyone interested? c; squee~

This is a great idea, and me and a friend have been doing a similar thing on skype for a couple of years now. We have many stories started where we each do a paragraph then pass it on, and our longest story which uses our own personal characters is nearly 100 pages long on Word and is still not finished! This particular one is only very loosely planned out, we just add whatever we think. It's a very random story and all our close friends love to read it ^^
At the same time, we have other stories that have stopped partway through and now lie scattered in my documents. These ones are more serious and I think it's the fact she finds it harder to write serious that has killed them. This idea really does require good teamwork to work well, and understanding of each others abilities. But when it works, it REALLY works!
I think doing a chapter each would help it run more smoothly than our skype stories, and definitely plan them a bit better than we did XD But I think it's a great idea, and I wish you and your chosen partner the best of luck!

Funny, because I did the same thing with an IRL friend of mine over Google Drive! We wrote several books together (ofc we're not sharing them tho since we were young and it's embarrassing so yeah).

I think I'll let someone else take in the third slot though since I'm currently working on my own story C: Maybe in the future I'll be open to it but idk if I'm ready for it yet ahaha
