tbh, I think it's more to do with how much event currency people get here. it's basically like the tbt fair in that regard, but without the physical prizes competing for purchases etc, so people are far more flexible in being able to buy a lot (even if not all still)

that said, I won't be surprised if a select few of the collectibles from this event spike in value long term
