I have a holiday candy cane collectible but I can't gift it... Does anyone remember what it was used for?

Also, what does the "configure" option mean?

That was from Jingle's Jolly Jambouree! All collectibles from that event were giftable when wrapped but locked once they were sent to another user. That event was all about the spirit of giving so cannot be sold now!

Configure is only useable on items that can be customised - i.e. user title colour.
