hii everyone!
so, i have a few amiibo cards for ac myself- but i plan on having a whole collection. it'll definitely take me a bit though.
do you guys collect ac amiibo cards? how many do you have right now? do you plan on collecting more?
i'm really out here trying to grind some tbt bells with posts ff
thanks for reading <3

I'd really love to start collecting them, but I just haven't gotten round to buying any yet. Maybe I will soon.

I've got quite a lot in an ACHHD based binder I got with the game. I love collecting them, just for the sake of owning them. Getting doubles and triples of the same cards is the worst, though.

I have several from each series, and all of series five, plus the Sanrio (fan made set) cards.

I also have all of the amiibo figures.

i have got 4 of the amiibo figures and 3 cards. im planning on getting more cards, not to collect, but due to some of the single player games on amiibo festival needing 6 cards. i just wanna play all the mini games haha. However i might be buying all the figures, they make such good house decor <3

I got a pack when HHD came out, and recently I bought a few cards of my faves, but I have no plans on collecting all of them.

I don't collect the Amiibo cards per se, but I did buy the specific cards that I wanted. I have my two favorite villager's cards and I moved them into my main town. Then, I have 8 of the villager cards that I will need for my second town. Two of the villagers are already in my main town, so I'll just move them over.

I also have about 10 or so of the Welcome Amiibo RV cards that have the majority of furniture that I wanted to access.

I don't collect them, but I do own a few. I have a few of the earlier series that my friend gave me, the 3 cards that come with amiibo festival pack, and the whole WA collection. I wouldn't try and obtain single cards through online shops or trades, but if I ever happen to find a pack at a game shop I would probably buy it just for fun! (plus I never see them around anymore) I remember my last trip to japan about a year ago, I saw a few amiibo cards being sold as single cards at game shops and they had higher prices for different villagers. So it was interesting to see that even in offline stores they seem to follow some kind of tier list to determine prices. I was on a budget so I didn't buy any but I regret not picking up a couple of my favourites just to have them.

I like them but I don't have much, like maybe 35 counting the WA cards. They got sold out pretty quickly in my area.

Sort of. I have all the promos, a random Resetti card, and Plucky. Likely would collect more in the future.

Sort of but it's a bit too pricey and too much of a gamble to make it a proper collection. I've bought the mystery packs about 3 times (and in the UK you only get 2 villager cards and one special card), and my boyfriend is getting one for me as part of a Valentine's Day treat.
I also have bought some individual cards on Ebay, but I don't pay more than ?2 a card (and this is only sparingly). I did make an exception for Genji though, because I loved his house and general look. And I bought Rilla's amiibo reproduction card for about a fiver.

Should New Horizons be revealed to make extensive use of the cards or figures I might look into getting a select few, but these days Nintendo thankfully seems to have moved away from locking major content behind Amiibo and instead they offer only the lightest of functionality that can be outright ignored.

I'm currently playing Happy Home Designer for the first time, which has some of the most extensive Amiibo integration Nintendo I've ever seen, and yet I really don't feel like I'm missing much of anything by not having the cards.

I also really hate filling my apartment up with plastic tat. I'm much more about a minimalist look, and while a miniature Isabelle model would look adorable, it'd also ruin my aesthetic :p

I wouldn't say I 'collect' them traditionally- but I've accumulated some of the characters I like, as well as some extras. I have a few Animal Crossing Amiibo figures, too. I'm proud of my little collection. :D
