I also have the modern police station, the modern town hall, the flower clock and my house is the modern model, in case if you were wondering what they look like in-game.
Some basic rules also:
-Please ask before taking anything. I am usually generous however I am trying to make hybrids.
-Don't run at all.
-Let me know if you see a large fish in the widest part of the river. I am trying to catch a Gar.
