Cons of not having a personality type in your town?

In new leaf each personality had a few public works projects only they could suggest,so not having them meant you would never get to build certain things. This was a pretty huge drawback, so I made sure to keep at least 1 of every type in my town.

I can't really tell yet, but is there a noteworthy drawback like this present in NH?



Maybe they have DIY only they can suggest? DIY is tradeable though, so perhaps that is not a huge worry.

This might be right now that you mention it. If that is really all though Uchi/Sisterly villagers are about to go extinct in my town.

I think the DIY thing might be true. I have noticed my crankies tend to give me stuff made of metal with a dull theme. The DIY recipes can be traded though,so I might just go Uchi-less lol.

i think we'll find out soon, not a lot of guides yet that notices the difference. the way i kept one of my new leaf uchi villagers just for the public works project requests LOL
