How long do I have to make an offer if I am lurking for a villager?
Two hours at most before the villager is either given to anyone else interested or voided.

How long do you wait before you void a villager that isn't lurked or reserved?
Depends. If it's T1 or T2, they go up for auction, and I'll usually let that go on for a few hours. It's usually just up to how popular they are or seem to be.

How long do I have to pick up my villager if I've reserved them?
Twenty four hours tops, unless you PM me explaining any kind of special circumstance.

Can I pay in IGB?
I only accept the payments I've listed underneath the villager in boxes. If I am accepting TBT and IGB, both prices will be listed. Please do not make an offer if that payment is not listed.
*However, I am always willing to accept collectibles.

Why is ___ priced so high/low?
I set the prices based on the Villager Popularity Chart and my own judgement as well, as the list is beginning to get a little outdated. I've been cycling long enough to know who gets a ton of offers and who doesn't, and I'm usually pretty good at deciding what they're worth. If you really can't afford your dreamie, PM me and we can work something out with a different payment.

Can I run in your town?
Sure, I don't care. It's a cycling town, so it's a mess anyway. Pick weeds, take fruit, just don't talk to villagers and make sure you inform me of what you're doing. I will boot you from the town if you stray from my line of sight.

Are your villagers original?
Yes, unless I state otherwise.
