Still can't find a derned Gengar though. I think Serebii lied to me.

Edit: I just remembered seeing a Ghost Butler now that I think of it.

You can get a Gengar in the dining room.

Really? So I was walking around in the moving eye room the whole time for nothing? Foul.

But you do know a Ghastly evolves into a Gengar right? You could've just done that.

NVM, turns out you have to have a GBA pokemon game inserted too for it to appear.

I think you get a different ghost depending on your gender.. Males get the little girl and females get an old man. I don't think It's anything special though.

But isnt it better to raise a Gastly to a Gengar, rather than catching him?

Not if you don't have anyone to trade with to evolve haunter.

You can use a trading glitch in the GT or whatever it's called the global trading thing to make pokemon evolve that need to be traded. But I don't think you need to trade ghastly to get Haunter.
