Woah... those eyes look like little starry nights!
And the hair, how did you make it look there's a layer of hair on top of another?

It's not bad at all. I like the details within the eyes, as well as the little patterns in her hair (the heart and small swirls. very cute!)

Though it's hard to determine where a light source is coming from in your picture. The shading seems a little random to me, especially on the neck. The face looks very slightly slanted, the eyes nose and mouth aren't totally in the centre, and the neck seems a bit too thin. Maybe because you didn't draw in the shoulders? Also, where are her ears? You should definitely be able to see some of it on the right side of her head.

Never the less I still think it's quite cute. I'd love to see a full body piece. c:

Now, it's nice I love the cuteness, but above the eyes it looks a little plain. Not enough shading in my opinion. The neck looks a bit creepy and un-natural. Other then that it's adorable!

This is beautiful! The only thing I'd have to say (because I'm a tick eyebrows artist xD) would to make the eyebrows SLIGHTLY thicker. They look a little like string Cx but if that's what you prefer, you can totally work it!

It is true that the eyes are not very focused, yet do not know how to do this.
Random shadows ... true! This is how I usually draw them. I know it's not very "professional", I try to improve this.
"Creepy Neck" LOL! Certainly it looks a little odd, perhaps due to lack of body

I actually really like this piece, your art is pretty unique, props to you.

Only things I would change are -

On the Next, I think the Lines are a tad thick
The Right side of the bow extends a little too far
I don't dissagree with the shading, for it looks like the light is coming directly at the face - maybe some more shade under the hair over the face and just a little bit of light on the hair
