and there are tons of great hair tutorials on deviantart! Just type hair coloring tutorial in the search bar and pick a tutorial you like it's way better and faster than a crappy explanation without pictures from someone around here, probably ^^
as for the art, I probably wouldn't buy because lineless art is personally not my cup of tea, but it looks cute! You improve well

Personally I wouldnt. The image is wonky and the picture is taken badly, It looks like you got bored with drawing so you just did drips and the edges are really wobbly.

The image looks wonky and "badly" because i had to take it with my iphone bc my computer is at a repair shop, but once uts back ill download the regular version on here! and I actually end all of my headshots with drips but cool!

I like your shading on the eyes and would like to see more of that kind of attention to detail on the entire piece. The rest of it seems a bit rushed, or you're not quite sure where to go with it. I wouldn't personally buy it, but I'm sure there's people out there fond of the style that would.

it looks very cute, although i honestly wouldnt buy it with rlc. i personally prefer drawings with clean lineart and rather more detailed coloring and such, you did a great job with it though

a general simple tip is adding a darker shade on the bottom like:
