Critterpedia help from someone in the southern hemisphere

Hello I’m new to this Forum and need some critterpedia help from someone in the Southern Hemisphere.
I have almost finished the critterpedia with the exception of 8 insects/fish/sea creatures.

I know 5 of these critters won’t start showing up until January so I won’t need help on them just yet.

Now the critters I need are
Giant Snakehead, Vampire Squid, Firefly Squid
January critters: Giant Stag, Giraffe Stag, Horned Hercules, Ocean Sunfish, Giant Isopod

If someone would be willing to let me come over sometime to their island and try and find these 3 and eventually the 5 in January I would be very grateful.

Giant snakehead is available now, but the two sea creatures are available after 6pm. So I am open gate now and pm you the dodo code so you can catch the fish. Then maybe you can pm me later today so I can open again for you to catch the sea creatures.
