Crossgate (Roleplay)

"N-No, I wasn't, I," I stammer, trying to come up with an excsuse. "I was there, but I was just getting money out. I saw the whole thing, but I wasn't part of it, I swear!"

"I didn't do anything at the bank..." I protest, quieter than before. "I'd be your friend you know, i-if you wanted," I add. Maybe if I befriend her, she'll trust me more on the bank thing...

"Why not?" I ask, even though I know why. I prefered to be alone too, until I met Mindy and the others... "Surely it's better than being alone?"

Great, now not only have I hurt Atsu, but I drove away someone who I slipped up on the bank robbery to... I think, putting the seat down on one of the toilets and slumping down onto it. "I'm such an idiot..."

Maybe I should follow her, I don't want her spilling or anything... I decide, leaving the toilets just in time to se her walking out the door. I follow her out, stopping by at Atsu's table briefly to let him know I'll be gone for a bit. I don't stay any longer than I have to before following Wendy outside. Where's she going? I thought she was working..?

I follow her all the way back to her house, and have to stop and take a few steps back to see the whole building. Holy crap, does she live here? Why does she need a job at the nightclub if she's rich enough to live here?
I walk up to the gate, but it's locked, with a code system. I spot a button that will alert her to the fact that there's someone at the gate, and press it.

Nothing happens for a while, and I'm considering climbing over and knocking on the door when several tough looking men exit, heading straight towards me. I take a few catious steps back. "W-what's going on? Leave me alone!" I cry as one of them grabs my arm.

I watch on the CCTV as the guards grab Amy. Suddenly, a rough voice booms from behind me.
"Wendy, what are you doing? Why is that poor girl being manhandled by the guards?"
I watch as my uncle picks up a radio and tells the guards to let her in.

The men let me go after someone tells them via radio, and the gate opens. A tall, burly looking man walks out, and invites me inside. Is this Wendy's dad? No, he died in the war, didn't he? Uncle then, maybe? "Um, hello sir, I was looking for Wendy?" I ask in my most innocent voice.

"Oh, that would be lovely, so long as I'm not imposing?" I reply, keeping up the sweet innocent voice. At least her family isn't so stubborn...

"No no not at all. It's nice to see Wendy has finally made a friend."
"First thing she is not my friend and second she can get lost."

"Thank you for cheering me up earlier, Wendy. I really appreciate it," I say, completely disregarding what she said. I turn to the man, who I presume is her uncle. "I'm sorry, I haven't yet introduced myself, have I? My name is Amy, it's nice to meet you, sir."
