Cruis'n USA Review

If I were to suggest a racer for the Nintendo 64, I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend this game. Instead I'd get Rush 2. That game kicked some serious butt. Too bad it's not on the VC

Double recommend. I doubt it will come to VC, what with all of the Mountain Dew ads in there >.<

I never played it.
By the way, they could just remove the adds like Nintendo did with Wave Race 64.

You should try playing it. It makes this game seem like it was on a previous console

Honestly, I used to rent this game all the time when I was younger. Fun stuff. This game (and DKR and some Nascar game I had) are the reasons I really like racing games in the arcade. <3

I'm sorry but Rush 2 looks like a piece of trash from my garbage. I looked it up on wikipedia and it did not compare to Cruisin USA. Cruisin USA was such a good game they made it arcade and several places with arcade games had it. It's not a horrible game, however, you have a horrible sense of whether a game is good or not.

Cruisin USA was such a good game they made it arcade and several places with arcade games had it. It's not a horrible game, however, you have a horrible sense of whether a game is good or not.

In Snoop's defense, I thought Cruis'n USA was pretty bad, haha. I'm not much of a racing game fan, though... but to be fair, I really like the PS2 Gran Turismos, and I can't say no to the occasional Mario Kart.

The N64 version had worse graphics than the arcade.
Also, the controls are bad and so is the gameplay.
Even the sound is poor.

That had to be the saddest excuse for a post I've read in a while. Before posting, please think or even do some research beforehand.

1. Rush and Rush 2 also have arcade games, and still do.

2. How in the world can you judge a game by looking it up on wikipedia? Play a game before you judge something, I'd be surprised if you've even played Cruisin USA actually, where I've played both for a good amount of time. Maybe you're too young to remember Rush.

3. I never did say it was horrible, I said I wouldn't recommend it, and would recommend Rush 2 instead.

4. That was the most ignorant statement I've heard in a while.

No *obscenity*, it's on the N64. Of course everything's better on the arcade version! I'd much rather play the arcade version... then again, I'd rather play Tokyo Drift at the arcade. >_>
