I tried to customize some of my spooky trees and even though I had plenty of pumpkins of the right color and the customing bags, I wasn't able to because of "materials needed". Has anyone else had this problem. Any suggestions for what I might be doing wrong?

I'm just a ghost.
You need to use Pumpkins to customize the Spooky items. Its not the Customization kits. Yes you do need materials to make certain spooky items but again none of them require customization kits. Just the pumpkins and it has to be one of the 4 colors (orange, yellow, green or white).

Just make sure the pumpkins you're using are all the same colour.
To actually craft a spooky tree you need x4 orange pumpkins and x10 hardwood. If you're customising them to make them any of the different colour options, make sure you have x4 of the same colour pumpkins. So for example if I wanted to make a green spooky tree, I need x4 green pumpkins. You can't just use any colour. xD

Thanks for your help! I already have the trees but STUPID ME... I was trying to customize for green pumpkin tree (I had 6 green ones in my pocket) but I apparently was chosing the yellow setting. DUUUHHH!!!
