Cute Things Your Villagers Do :)

I was talking to Coco and she said she loved to read romance books, and how the best way to get to know someone is by talking! She just kept talking about them and then I saw her reading like 2 seconds later with glasses AND I COULDNT TAKE IT. Like just imagine Coco reading like twilight I CANT. I see them singing, doing their workout, sitting by the river eating, and sometimes talking to each other which can go really well (sometimes).

I love it when my villagers are sitting down and napping. Its really cute and I feel bad about waking them up so I leave them alone. Today I saw Stitches napping against a palm tree. He looked so peaceful sleeping there.

I love when they talk about their families or friends in other places. I mostly have my normal and sisterly villagers talk about them. It makes them feel more alive and like they have a life outside of the island, and that sometimes they leave the island to visit friends and family.

Also, I love the villagers who have the play hobby and their airplane/Naruto run

Shari sings outside constantly. Whenever I run into her, no matter where it is, she's singing. The other day though, I walked into Marshal's house and he was singing. I'd never seen them do it inside before and he looked cute doing that (cos of course it does, it's Marshal).

My islanders do cute things everyday.

Soleil, for instance, makes interesting faces when she reads. The other day, I caught Claude staring at Fuchsia's behind a curious grasshopper. I also remember when Marshal and Joey got distracted by a butterfly while exercising together.

What's really fun to watch at the plaza is my islanders just running around! They always look so cute and happy.

And somehow that reminds me of the one time when Wendy was staring at Kicks in the rain. I thought it was creepy cute.

I like it when they actually visit or interact with the displays that I've set up. Especially when it's an area that seems appropriate for them. I've seen Ed read in the seating area of my boba shop about three times now.

I love when Chief sings in his deep voice. Mac also wanders around my hockey arena and I think he likes it! I put it within walking distance from his house.

I like it when I am just chilling on the bench listening to the waterfall and an islander sees me while they walk past can come join me on the bench

My fave is when they plop down on the ground and would fall into a deep snooze only seconds later.

I don't see this often, I tend to catch them already napping. The first time this happened, I was too startled & happy so I forgot to record the cuteness lol.

Lolly and Murphy were in my plaza the other day playing with sparklers, it was super cute! I also love when they do that little airplane run, lol. It makes me so happy every single time especially if they're holding sticks while running It's the very best when I see Sherb, Egbert, or Rudy running around and they're wearing the shirt that has a little cape attached.

Honestly though I don't think there's anything I don't love!! It's always sweet seeing them sitting down with a book (especially when Diana's wearing her glasses), or eating a popsicle, or if they've got some soup or a sandwich with them. I love when they're ~inspecting~ things with a magnifying glass especially if they run over as soon as I display something, lol.

One of my favourite things to do is catch them reading in their house so I can zoom in on the books they're looking at!! It's so much fun.

this isn't specific to any particular villager but it is my absolute favourite thing to see villagers, especially smaller ones like the hamsters, do the double handed wave!!

i like when they run around like lil ninjas/airplanes :3 a lot of my villagers do this and its super cute to see a group of them all running around together

i don’t think i have any photos on hand sadly, but i absolutely adore whenever i catch a villager trying to catch a bug, chasing a bug or asleep in their house while standing up; it never fails to put a smile on my face!

though, i honestly think that everything the villagers do is adorable — whether they’re fishing or hanging out together at the plaza, seeing my villagers just... be makes me so happy.
