Wow, hundreds~ `___` that's impressive.
I wish I had the attention span for that haha , I've only fully finished like 25+ and watched maybe 45+
Any you'd highly recommend ? (particularly anything creepy)

They used to air anime here when I was young, so I started watching when I was around 10.
I love one piece, but it not for everyone, here's a few

Usagi Drop (Just don't read the manga), Nodame Cantabile, Gintama (probably not for everyone, the humor is very Japanese)
Ookami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time - both movies.

Probably unpopular opinion but will advice you to stay away from Fairy Tail.
