i'm really seriously contemplating cycling, mainly because i hate the placement of some of the houses (my villagers love to test my patience...), but i don't have a single clue what is involved in the whole cycling process. i understand how to do it, but i have a few questions ~

❀ if one of my dreamies cycled out, could i cycle them back in? or get them back in some way?
❀ how long does it take to get a proper result out of the whole process?
❀ is it worth risking my current dreamies, or should i just let their house placement annoy me for the rest of my acnl days?

Okay so I've cycled to get my dreamies before and. I would say it is definitely worth it as I think I only lost one of my dream villagers in the end of the whole process, which really isn't too bad.

1. If one of your dream villagers are cycled out then you will have to cycle through another 16 villagers to get said dream villager back into your town. This happened to me, so I ended up just replacing one of my dreamies I was looking for as I got attached to another villager. I was trying to get out and they were in a good spot as well. It usually all works out in the end!

2. Um I'd say it could take anywhere from a week to a month to get all your dreamies settled into your town through cycling, depending in how popular they are or how lucky you are. Definitely worth the work though, trust me :)

3. If you cycle safely your risk of losing villagers in your town that you don't want to lose is rather low. Just don't cycle ahead too many days at a time. I personally only cycled 2 days at the most each time, but once you are trying to get the last non-dream villager out of your town, take it very slow as there is a high chance of losing a dream villager at this stage

Best of luck to you in cycling for your dreamies! :D
