There are two people. One of them has killed people before, and one has done nothing wrong. You know that one is guilty, and one is innocent. However, the only options you have are to sent them both to prison (where they will be tortured) or let them both go free. What will you do?

Hm... I would send them both to prison. If you let the killer escape, he'll kill again knowing that he can get away with it. It's better to give up one life and save many others than risk a killing spree.
